This week, Bowen Butler will be heading up the kitchen. Bowen's a new member with over a decade of professional kitchen experience. One of his interests is vegetarian and vegan cooking, so for our fish-free members and guests, we're also offering a vegan dinner: Bowen's delicious black bean burger with vegan-mayo slaw.
Reservations aren't required, but putting in your RSVP helps us know how many people to expect and keeps the event running smoothly.
