Make an authentic Gruenkohneintoph (Kale and Sausage Stew) along with Germania members and Chef Linda Hall in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Pick up your ingredient box at the club between 1-4 pm and join us at 5:00 pm via Zoom for instructions and company as you cook.
Registration ends on Tuesday, the 9th!
Written instructions are included, if you want to cook on your own.
Includes all stew ingredients, a side of chef's choice bread, and a small sweet treat to end with.
You will need a soup pot, knife, cutting board, salt and pepper and olive oil for cooking. (If you need olive oil let us know!)
Send in a photo of your prepared meal to be declared Gruenkohneintoph Champion!
Feeds 4, or makes great leftovers for lunch. Freezer friendly!
