We will be celebrating the 210th Anniversary of the Wedding Reception that started it all. The wedding of Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese von Sachsen-Hildburghausen. Wedding receptions can have up to 300 guests. Festivals are Verboten.

Time : 1pm to 11pm Liquor service must stop at 10pm and everyone can enjoy their adult beverages until 11pm. (Ohio Rules)
Bier: Of course we will have several Marzens on tap including one made especially for Germania by Royal Docks. Germania Festbier is a Märzen-Style beer in the tradition or Münich’s autumn beers. Light amber in color, it offers a rich malty-forward sweetness with a bready aroma and full mouthfeel. This is a very special beer as it’s exclusively only available at Germania. The rest of our unique will include Ayinger Oktoberfest, Paulaner Oktoberfest, Wooly Pig Schwartz, and others. We will have special member pricing along with a return of the roulette pricing wheel. Remember to bring your Growlers as they are $15 per fill.
Music: There will be acoustic guitar from member Brett Bohl’s son Brady Bohl from 3-5pm and music from Hot Tonic from 5:30-9:30pm. Hot Tonic is fronted by bassist/vocalist Victoria Woods and guitarist Josh Hindmarsh, Hot Tonic are a swinging acoustic based band merging Americana/roots music with vintage swing/gypsy jazz, with unique takes on popular songs by Amy Winehouse and more. They are also neighbors to our House Committee chairperson Billy Taylor, but don't hold that against them.

Food: Will be from the Germania Kitchen from 4:30pm to 8:30pm. The menu will have a hearty soup available, chicken schnitzel sliders sandwiches, bratwurst on a pretzel bun. Sides available will be hot german potato salad and a bean salad. Sauerkraut will be available for the bratwursts.
Cost: $5 Entry fee (same for members and non members) which includes a $5 beer coupon. Table reservations for the entire day are $50. However to show our gratitude each table reservation comes with $30 in beer coupons. Max 6 per table and you are guaranteed a great seat and control who sits at your table, how you distribute the beer coupons is up to you.
Summarize: 9-26 from 1pm to 11pm, a “Wedding Reception” for $50 you get a reserved table and $30 in beer coupons. We will have several great Fest beers on tap. No gifts required, great food and live music.
Special guest appearance by King Gambrinus himself to bless the wedding couple.
