First Bier Kameraden Meeting of the year:
On January 19th Germania's Bier Kameraden welcomes Ayinger Privatbrauerei from Aying, Bavaria Germany. The brewery representive from Germany David Andes, will be on hand to talk their great German beers.
So for the first bier kameraden event the leaders of the Kameraden wanted to give you a little taste of great German food and Ayinger Bier from Germany. The recipe for this meal is from Hotel Brauereigasthof Aying which was recently awarded a Green Star from the Michelin Guide. This location is one of only 16 restaurants in Germany to be recognized for their sustainable practices. The location was also award the highest score of 3 out 3 diamonds in the classification "Excellent Bavarian Cuisine." Wunderbar!
Dinner will be available for purchase along with beer flights. The first 42 people to sign-up for dinner and flights will receive a beer glass from Ayinger as a welcome gift. We are asking for reservations to insure the proper food amounts are prepared. Walk-ins for food will be available on a limited basis. Sign-up will close on Wednesday January 17th.
