This week’s Thursday Gemütlichkeit at Germania will feature a cheese that named after our member Steven Teffenhardt. Steve is a commercial airline pilot and part owner a in chain of gas stations. Steve generously donated a whole round of his namesake cheese for this week's Teffenhardt Grill Cheese sandwiches. He is the one in the middle of the photograph below. 

Old Brooklyn Cheese Company from Cleveland produces this cheese. It’s one of a kind just like Steve. Teffenhardt is a Dutch washed curd Gouda. Young Teffenhardt is very mild and buttery developing sweeter and caramel note by 9 months.
